Memberships are drafted every 30 days from the date of purchase. The membership contract is set up for a 12 month period and can be cancelled at any time without penalty. If you need to make any changes to your account regarding draft date or payment method please contact the studio via email.

Where should I park?
In front of studio in the parking lot.
On the street.
Please do no park at surrounding businesses.
Can my child take classes?
Children ages 13 – 17 are allowed to attend classes based on audition and assessment only.
What do I need to bring?
Mats and equipment are provided (you are welcome to bring your own mat).
Water bottle in a closed non-breakable container.
Towel for sweaty glow.
Dry hands/grip aids for aerial & pole classes.
Socks/layers for pole/aerial warm-ups.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please email us and make sure to send your cancellation 2 weeks prior to your next auto draft.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes must be canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid the late cancellation fee. This can be done from your account under My Schedule, or by contacting the studio.
Any cancellation under 24 hours or “No Show” will result in loss of session and a late cancel/no show fee. $5.00 for a mat class – $10.00 for an equipment class. Fees are auto charged to the account on file.
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time through our no hassle cancellation policy. Simply email your request to cancel within two weeks of your next auto draft.
All sales are final. Refunds are not given after a class has been attended.
